What is the new myThrive customer hub?
The myThrive customer hub will be launching in Summer 2020 and will offer customers a new way to manage their account online including:
- reporting repairs and booking appointments at a time that suits you
- viewing account balance and making payments, including setting up payment plans
- viewing information specific to your block or property
- and much more!

How is the myThrive hub different to the myThrive app?
Based on your feedback, we found that the myThrive app isn't always compatible with your smart devices and has limited functionality, for example the type of repairs you can book. The app is also only available to tenants.
The myThrive hub will be built using progressive web app technology which enables you to access it from any device that has a browser (like Chrome or Safari).
We're really excited to offer a way for you to take control of managing your account, 24/7 - and that includes whether you're a tenant, leaseholder or shared owner.
What's the Beta Challenge all about?
We want to make sure the myThrive hub is robust before we give all of our customers access to it. This is where we need your help.
The Beta Challenge will involve six basic actions such as activating your account and viewing your account balance. We'll also send you a short survey to see how you found it and give you the opportunity to tell us what you think.
Who can take part in the Beta Challenge?
Anyone who is a Thrive Homes tenant, leaseholder or shared owner.
Where will the Beta Challenge take place?
From the comfort of your own home! We'll send you a unique link for you to access from any device with a browser.
How long will the Challenge take?
It will vary from person to person, however we imagine it taking no longer than 20 minutes in total.
How can I take part in the testing?
Just sign up and we'll contact you when the challenge starts.
How will I receive my voucher?
We will send your voucher to you by email once we have confirmed successful completion of the tasks.
